The Vall de Gallinera Town Council has recently completed the renovation of the Plaça de Baix in Benirrama. This project, which improves the urban and functional appearance of the public space, involved an investment of 44.988,00 Euros and is framed within the Plan Conviure of the Valencian Government, intended for the revitalization of residential spaces.
The intervention in the Plaça de Baix in Benirrama has been delimited and carried out in accordance with the Vall de Gallinera Municipal Planning Regulations. It has been conceived as a plaza for a predominantly residential area, primarily organizing the layout of residential units. The design has aimed to improve the urban and functional image, respecting the town's historical layout and creating a scenic route.
The project has integrated solutions for landscape, environmental, and urban improvement, incorporating green spaces and trees without altering the layout of the area or its houses. A historical study and contextualization of the urban space was carried out. The implemented alternative is based on the idea of respecting the current reality, improving it, and adapting it to today's needs. This improvement process was enriched by citizen participation, whose contributions from the neighborhood were incorporated into the project.
The Living Together Plan in the Valley
The renovation of Plaça de Baix has involved an investment of 44.988,00 Euros, entirely financed through the Plan Conviure of the Valencian Regional Government. This regional program has been key in the development of various infrastructures in the Vall de Gallinera in recent years, contributing to the well-being and quality of life of its inhabitants.

- La Rehabilitation of the first floor of the old schools of Benirrama, valued at 97.975,00 Euros.
- La Rehabilitation of the old schools of Benissivà as a Social Centre, with an investment of 259.040,00 Euros.
- La Construction of the umbracle and open platform-auditorium renovation, existing opposite the Joan Pellicer Social Centre building, by 51.793,05 Euros.
