Delays and extensions
The PP recalls that the municipal works were supposed to have been completed in June, although an initial extension was granted until August 25. Despite this, the City Council again requested more time, which forced the Regional Ministry to exceptionally bring forward the installation of modules and school supplies before the completion of the works.
The pending asphalt, which according to the PP was the City Council's responsibility, prevented trucks from entering to complete the installation. "New extensions were requested until the last week of August, and by September, the Generalitat had already completed the installation of the bulk of the material," Císcar said.
