The Escola Municipal de Pilota d'Ondara has achieved a remarkable victory by becoming the regional champion in the under-12 category of the escala i corda modality, within the 'Jocs Esportius de la Comunitat Valenciana' (JECV). This success was achieved last Saturday May 30 in a day held at the Tío Pena trinquet and the Massamagrell minitrinquet, in Valencia, under the organization of the Federation of Pilota Valenciana.
Ondara wins the regional gold
The team from the Escola Municipal de Pilota d'Ondara, coordinated by Juanma Garrido and trained by Raül Blasco y Marc Terrades, demonstrated their superiority in the JECV regional final. The team, made up of Arnau Montilla, Àlex Chaves y Aleix ContríThey achieved victory in the children's category of escala i corda. They beat the teams representing Quatretonda, Massamagrell and Castelló, taking home the coveted regional gold.
Municipal recognition for the young pilots
The Councillor of Sports Ondara, jordi ruizHe publicly congratulated the technical team and the young players from Ondarroa for their brilliant performance. Ruiz emphasized that they were the regional winners in a modality he considers "so technical."
