The meeting was chaired by Tomás Solano, director of the Moraira Nautical Club; Ramón Martí, vice president of the Club; Juan Vicente Oller Llobell, president of the Nautical Club; and Raul Llobell, mayor of Teulada Moraira.
Tomás Solano began the event by acknowledging the work of the regatta director, Juan Moll, who was unable to attend.
