Ximo Puig has just announced the new measures that will take effect on Tuesday, June 8. The big news is that the curfew ends in the Valencian Community.
Ximo Puig explained that since March a "progressive, responsible and prudent opening began to be safe and effective." However, in recent days there has been a slight increase in the incidence, as Puig has warned.
Seven and a half months after the limitation on night movement was first imposed, the Consell has decided to end this restriction because, as it said, “not one day more nor one day less than necessary.”
THE KEYS to the new restrictions
HOSTELRY
Opening will be allowed until 1 in the morning. The current capacity is maintained, 50% interior and 100% terrace.
SOCIAL MEETINGS
The limit of people in social gatherings disappears after more than 200 days with this measure.
LEISURE NIGHT
After closing in August 2020, nightlife venues are reopening until 2 a.m., with the same capacity limits as bars and restaurants. No further activity will be permitted. ball.
PARTIES OF SAINT JOHN
Puig asks the municipalities to limit the celebrations of San Juan, as well as the rest of the festivities, until the pandemic is overcome.
The idea of the Consell is that these measures are extended until the end of June and to be able to continue eliminating restrictions from June. Thus, Puig wanted to thank young people for their commitment to this pandemic.
