Ondara has presented a new edition of the Tapas Route "Ondara Unveils" – Spring 2026. This gastronomic route, which seeks to boost the economic and social activity of the municipality and promote local businesses, will take place every Thursday from [date missing]. May 7th to 25 June.
A gastronomic offer for 4 euros
The "Ondara Unveils" Tapas Route Spring 2026, promoted by the Ondara City Council, through the Department of Economic Promotion, directed by Raquel Mengual, will feature the participation of ten establishments Local bars and restaurants. Every Thursday, participating establishments will offer a special tapa and a drink for a fixed price of 4 Euros.
The event was presented at the Ondara Town Hall and was attended by some of the participating restaurateurs, such as Omaira Farfan (Allibaixbar-El Racó d'Omaira), Juan Llorca (La Plassa), Javier Quijada (D'Irio), Sara Carrió (La Dinaora-Bergante) and Adalberto León (Friends).

The Tapas Route invites citizens to try all the gastronomic offerings and vote for their favorites. three best tapasParticipants will be entered into a draw to win a dinner for two at the winning restaurant. To participate in the draw, it will be necessary to complete and submit the route passport at Espai Català by [date missing]. July 6th.
During the presentation, Mengual highlighted that "this initiative is a clear commitment to local businesses and the hospitality sector in the municipality, while also allowing people to enjoy the gastronomy local and turn Thursdays into a space for meeting and socializing."
