The third edition of 30 International Festival d'Orgue – Concerts de la Tardor The Pedreguer festival will be held in the Church of Santa Creu of the town, offering five concerts every Sunday since October 4 to November 1th 2026 at 18:00hThe event will bring together major symphonic and choral ensembles. The music chamber music and soloists around the magnificent Grenzing organ, highlighting the festival's thirtieth anniversary.
Special programming for a milestone anniversary
The program for this anniversary edition presents a wide musical spectrum. The opening concert, the Sunday October 4The concert, titled "30 Years of Music with the Organ," will feature soprano Emília Onrubia, trumpeters Ernesto Chuliá and Joaquín Cabrera, guitarist Vicent Ballester, and organist Josep Vicent Giner. They will perform works by G.F. Handel, W.A. Mozart, H. Villa-Lobos, and A. Piazzolla.
El Sunday October 11The performance will be "The Concert Organ," featuring the Salón Orquestra Costa Blanca, composed of Janusz Nykiel and Raisa Ulumbekova (violins), Alberto Castillo (viola), Yolanda Bueso (cello), and Mar Ripoll (double bass), along with Arturo Barba on organ. The repertoire will include pieces by A. Vivaldi, G.F. Handel, and J. Pachelbel.
El Sunday October 18, the Church of Santa Creu "Sons de Llum" will be hosted by the Quintet de Metalls Al Vent (Ferran Femenia and Pau Botella on trumpets, Ferran Ferrando on French horn, Ximo Tur on trombone, and Juanjo Martín on tuba) and Marc Balaguer on organ. They will perform music by J.S. Bach, G. Rossini, G. Bizet, and E. Elgar.
One of the highlights of the anniversary will come on Sunday October 25 with "Dialogue of Giants," where the ADDA Simfònica Alacant, under the direction of Cristóbal Soler, will share the stage with organist Josep Vicent Giner. The detailed program for this concert will be announced soon.
The closing of the festival, the Sunday November 1The Salzburg Kirchentrio will perform, with the participation of the Rectory Choir and Orchestra and soloists Pepi Lloret (soprano), Lola Ribes (mezzo-soprano), José Martínez (tenor), and Carles López (bass). Josep Vicent Giner will play the organ, and Jaume Morell will conduct. They will perform the Coronation Mass KV 317 by WA Mozart and the Kleine Orgelsolomesse HOB. XXII:7 by J. Haydn.
A commemorative exhibition to review history
