Applying this calculation, the management carried out in Pedreguer during 2025 has made it possible to avoid the emission of about 93 tons of carbon dioxide (CO₂) into the atmosphere, a significant contribution to the fight against climate change on a local scale.
Citizen collaboration, key to the management model
The Councillor for Municipal Services of Pedreguer Town Hall, Jose Vicente Cabrera, has emphasized the importance of community involvement in the proper functioning of the system.
