The new visual identity, "Impulsa't i Activa't a Pego" (Get Active in Pego), is not just an aesthetic change; it represents a new philosophy for understanding physical activity and health promotion in the municipality. Raül Tamarit indicates that the aim is to encourage healthy lifestyle habits and build community.
The councilor stated: “Today we are presenting a revamped, more comprehensive program with its own distinct identity, under a single brand that, from now on, will be the reference point for all municipal sports activities: 'Impulsa't i Activa't a Pego' (Get Moving and Active in Pego).” He also emphasized that “This new logo and corporate image represent more than just an aesthetic change. They symbolize our understanding of sport: a tool to improve health, promote healthy lifestyles, build community, and offer opportunities for physical activity at all ages.” The main objective is for citizens to quickly and easily identify the municipal sports offerings, from the youngest to the oldest.
New features in swimming courses
The Pego Municipal Indoor Swimming Pool introduces significant changes to its courses de swimming for the season 2026/2027This is the result of a detailed study and citizen input. Among the changes, the most notable is the delay in the start of the baby classes. 17:20h.

- Activa't SeniorA specific program for older adults, focused on maintaining mobility, strength, balance, and personal autonomy. It is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:15 to 16:10 in the Pavelló Cobert.
- Boost and Activate FitDesigned for former participants of the healthcare program In Movimentreferred by healthcare professionals. Tamarit emphasizes that "this group provides continuity to the work carried out during the healthcare program, allowing these individuals to continue practicing physical activity under supervision, maintaining the benefits achieved and consolidating healthy habits that positively impact their health and quality of life." The sessions are the Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 10:45 and from 11:00 to 11:45 in the Pavelló Cobert.
«Play and Get Active», psychomotor skills for the little ones
The Psychomotor activity is renamed as Play and Activate, aimed at children of 4 and 5 years (born in 2021/2022This activity, which will take place on Wednesdays and Fridays from 16:30 p.m. to 17:30 p.m. in the Pavelló Cobert, it seeks to promote development engine through play, laying a solid motor foundation for future sports practices.

Registration, prices and schedule for the 2026/2027 season

- Renovations: From the July 13, 2026There will be no registration period in August due to the closure of the Indoor Swimming Pool.
- New registrations: From the 1 September 2026.
The established prices are:
- Programs Boost and Activate Fit, Activa't Fit y Activa't Senior: 25 €.
- Other Municipal Sports Schools: 70 €.
- Activity uniform for local leagues: 20 €.
All payments will be made by credit or debit card.
